Exchanges & Returns

We hope you loved yours Tall Origin purchase. However, if it's not a fit, you can exchange or return your unused items within 14 days of receiving them.

We only accept exchanges and returns that have been notified to us in advance.
You must contact us by e-mail within 14 days regarding which order and item(s) of clothing it concerns and if you would like to exchange or get a refund.
If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the originalready packaging. If not, we cannot accept the return of the item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund or exchange item(s) will be processed. In case of a return, a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or originall payment method within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly advise using a shipping method that includes a Track & Trace. Else we can't guarantee that we will receive your returning item(s).
In the case of an exchange, depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.




Wrong or faulty product

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it could happen you receive a wrong or faulty product. In that case, we will exchange the product free of charge.
Please note that you should contact us first so we can send you a return shipping label. If you pay for the return shipment yourself, we cannot reimburse those costs.
