Return Policy

We hope you are happy with you Tall Origin-purchase. However, if it does not fit, you can exchange or return your unworn items within 14 days of receipt.

We only accept exchange and return shipments that have been reported to us in advance.
You must contact us by e-mail within 14 days about which order and garment(s) it concerns and whether you want to exchange or return it.
If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the originele packaging. If this is not the case, we cannot accept the return of the item or items.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, your refund or exchange(s) will be processed. In the case of a return shipment, the money will be refunded within 14 days.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). The shipping costs for returns are not reimbursed.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes a Track & Trace. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
In the case of an exchange, depending on where you live, the length of time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Wrong or defective product

We do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. However, it is possible that you receive a wrong or defective product. In that case we will exchange the product free of charge.
Please note that you must first contact us so that we can send you a return label. If you pay for the return shipment yourself, we cannot reimburse those costs afterwards.
